For more than 10 years, founder Christian Bécat-Mateu has been bringing the highlight of the grill from the sausage factory to the hungry shopping visitor with Bemas GmbH & Co. KG. As a Frenchman, it goes without saying for “Le Chef” that the sausages are served in a freshly baked baguette.

In addition to the classic bratwurst and the popular Krakowska and ham sausages, we also offer a poultry bratwurst.
